The Challenge

Launch a pilot project testing the effectiveness of digital signage at three southwestern Ontario The Mufflerman locations. The solution was aimed at providing engaging, educational and influential content for customers while strengthening the company brand, promoting products and cross-selling services. In addition, the company was looking for a way to reduce the time and costs associated with employee communications across the chain’s multiple locations. The Mufflerman wanted the solution to have a dual purpose and serve as a live-streaming communications medium through which to communicate with employees at all store locations across Ontario.

The Solution

EyeLook Media consulted with The Mufflerman senior management in the strategic location of digital signage, and then installed a single 42” screen and high-performance media player at three of their locations. The equipment was audio/video ready to accommodate the regular training activities that head office hosts for staff, which can now be done virtually.

The Mufflerman planned to test the digital signage for a 90-day period prior to expanding installations to additional locations.

The Results

After 60 days The Mufflerman requested EyeLook Media complete the installation process at the remaining 10 locations throughout Ontario. EyeLook Media completed the chain-wide installation in one week.

EyeLook Media regularly continues to create, manage, monitor and update the content on behalf of the client.
