The Challenge

Provide an effective digital signage solution for this newly-renovated downtown hotel that caters to many travellers that are new to the city. As a result, front desk staff spent a large amount of time each day answering repetitive questions about the facility & the city. The goal was to improve the customer experience and free up staff time by providing a streamlined, easy to use digital source of up-to-date information.

The Solution

EyeLook Media installed an interactive kiosk within the front entrance of the hotel lobby.

We developed a user-friendly, interactive digital solution that allows visitors to have their questions answered quickly, 24 / 7, even when staff members are busy. The system compliments the hotel’s new look and branding, and is able to showcase information such as date/time, flight schedules, pet policy, amenities and preferred shops and restaurants that are staff favourites.

Most importantly, the system’s CMS makes updating meeting room information and other content easy for any employee through a web-based portal that allows for quick & easy updates to be made.

The Results

With digital signage, Station Park guests are now able to have all of their questions answered easily and efficiently through the interactive digital signage. The staff have noticed a decline in repetitive questions that were asked of them by multiple guests each day, allowing them to focus on offering a better experience to hotel guests.

With on-going Analytics, EyeLook Media is able to capture user preferences and activities to allow for changes to top-displayed screen content and features. This has improved customer experience, and freed up staff time at the front desk.
