THE CHALLENGE
The Home Hardware chain had signed with a different company for digital signage services in the past but were not satisfied with the services provided. Screens were left blank and stores were left without a good way to promote their unique services, sales and products without going through costly and outdated print methods. Some locations also have LED signs that were not being utilized at the time.

THE SOLUTION
EyeLook Media provided Home Hardware with wifi enabled Digital Signage Media Players to connect to their TVs with pre-loaded content which allowed new video and picture content to be immediately displayed.  

At EyeLook Media, we provide new, on-going messaging to keep customers informed of upcoming and current sales and services. We use a combination of content that we create in-house, along with videos from suppliers and Home Hardware's own promotional videos to provide a wide variety of relevant communications to customers in the store. 

We monitor the Digital Signage and LED Screens, proactively, and with one point of contact for all stores we are able to stay up-to-date with all things Home Hardware and provide relevant content suggestions to keep it hands-off for the store owners.
THE RESULTS
We have now worked with 9 individual stores to restart and revamp their in-store Digital Signage, and are also managing 2 Outdoor LED Signs, as well as multiple Social Media pages.
New locations join our Home Hardware network consistently and many have been with us for several years now.

THE CHALLENGE

Many Canadian Tires wanted to add Digital Signage to their stores but didn't have the time or staff to implement and maintain it. Some installed screens but then they remained turned off after maintaining content became too difficult. The stores always have new products, seasonal items, and many other things to keep customers up-to-date with but did not have a good method of displaying these topics to customers in the stores. Knowing there is a large opportunity to convert Auto customers to Retail shoppers became an immediate focus with roughly 82% of Auto customers not shopping within the store.

THE SOLUTION
EyeLook Media provides a unified message approach by supplying Media Players that are pre-loaded with content and ready to go out of the box. Once plugged in we monitor and update content remotely. 

Each Canadian Tire has individual focuses that they want to promote, and EyeLook Media is the key to creating that content that allows them to promote what makes them stand out from the competition. Stores with automotive garages are able to promote retail specials and products to encourage customers to shop while they wait. 

Content created by EyeLook Media can be shared to other locations, creating a large database of videos and images for stores to utilize. Video promotions created by Canadian Tire and suppliers can now be added to the screens with ease and TVs are no longer left turned off, allowing sales and special events to be promoted with minimal notice.
THE RESULTS
We have now worked with 13 individual stores with more signing on soon. EyeLook Media provides a hands-off approach with one point of contact. Working with so many locations allows us to stay up to date on Canadian Tire sales and events, so we are able to proactively suggest new content to the stores, creating engaging and timely messaging for customers. 

The feedback we've received from Canadian Tire has been that they love our quick response time, creative graphics and that we are able to provide guidance in what content is best to display on the screens.

Covent Garden Market

THE CHALLENGE

Covent Garden Market is a bustling location in need of a navigation solution that would allow delivery drivers and customers to easily locate market vendors and services. Delivery drivers were frequently asking the closest vendor for directions. Vendors and general market layout change regularly, making the use of paper maps costly and ineffective. Additionally, there was a need for an efficient way to inform customers of local events, important dates, parking information, etc. 

THE SOLUTION
Interactive Kiosks were placed at each of the main entrances to the Market displaying a map of each floor on the home page. Searchable menus provide access to information on each vendor currently located in the Market. Customers and delivery drivers can view vendor content describing what they sell, and utilize QR Codes to download individual mobile-ready maps to each vendor from that kiosk location. 

Information about vehicle parking, bike parking, hours, events, and more are also available through pop-ups, and rotating banners were added to feature special events and important Market information.

When there are regular seasonal updates, or changes to the floor plan or vendor content, these can be made remotely without service disruption, including issuing new maps, vendor content changes, adding or removing vendors, Market events and general Market information to keep customers up to date. 
THE RESULTS
EyeLook Media utilized Samsung's All-in-One Interactive Kiosk which includes shatterproof glass and a secure install system that allows the unit to be bolted to the floor. A robust, custom web application was developed to securely display all data required, providing remote access to the unit while displaying beautiful content to customers. 

A Market specific Content Management System allows all kiosk content to be updated remotely, in real-time, and includes app-specific reportable analytics to provide insight on kiosk usage and interaction patterns through targeted, custom data capture. 

Statistics to date show a progressive increase in kiosk use towards the later days of the week, parking information accounts for 60% of pop-up use, and the most viewed category is Restaurants & Dining. Vendors have noted a distinct decline in requests for direction from customers and delivery drivers. 
Libro Credit Union
THE CHALLENGE
1. Provide a way to have a unified digital signage messaging system across the bank branches in Southern Ontario while maintaining unique messaging per location. 
2. Create a touchscreen solution to provide customers information in a new branch location. 
THE SOLUTION
1. EyeLook Media created a custom digital signage network with TV screens at 33 locations. This was deployed over the course of 2 months. Content is updated daily and weekly at each location with unique content pieces pertaining to details of their location, while also displaying messaging from head office. 

2.  A touchscreen kiosk was designed to be AODA compliant and user-friendly providing customers a simple way to find information that is relevant to their branch. Staff can update the information through a custom messaging system, keeping it current and updated. 
Libro digital signage
THE RESULTS
1. Libro now has a hands off solution to provide customers important messaging of updates, holiday closures, new services or events throughout the lobbies of 33 of their locations. 

2. Visitors to the new Woodstock, Ontario branch can now learn about Libro Credit Union through an interactive experience by displaying information about community engagement, events, the team, news and more! This reduces perceived wait times while waiting for an appointment, and empowers users to find new and relevant information to their branch.

Create a new brand to better reflect new owners and their growth plans, and to modernize the feel of the store. Increase overall sales of in-stock product and special promotions, while improving the customer experience inside the store. Provide engaging, educational and influential content for customers.

THE SOLUTION

Part 1: Branding

EyeLook Media first reworked the previous logo to have a new design. It provided a starting point for further changes, and launched an energized feeling into the store. 


Part 2: Digital Signage
EyeLook Media installed digital signage into three main areas of the store.

 

  1. Two vertical 42” screens in the feeder area, displaying feeder menus and promotional content.
  2. One large 65” screen in the middle of store which is highly visible to customers from point of entry. This screen displays in-store promotions and cooperative advertising.
  3. Two horizontal 42” screens on the wall behind the point-of-sale area, displaying two-screen content for in-store promotions and cooperative advertising.

Part 3: Website

EyeLook Media created and maintains a website that has online shopping available Canada wide. Monthly sales, events and products are kept up-to-date.


Part 4: Interactive Kiosk

A custom developed Interactive Kiosk utilizing Samsung's hardware provides a wide range of knowledge on fish types and their care to customers browsing the store. The kiosk is used by both customers and staff. It provides staff with a training resource and tool to use with customers. Customers are now able to find information on their own if a staff member isn't available. Quite often customers just want to buy the fish they think is pretty, when in reality it may or may not work in their aquarium, or require care they are not willing to provide. This kiosk gives all the information they need to make the correct decision. QR codes also direct customers to relevant products on the website.

A custom website was built for staff to update the kiosk through an easy to use interface that allows them to quickly add or edit current fish information.

THE RESULTS

200% increase in sales of featured products!

All branding, messages and sales are consistent, and workflow for store employees is more efficient within the store. Customers are excited about the changes and the new e-com website enables sales across Canada.

Alibi Roadhouse
THE CHALLENGE
Alibi Roadhouse was in need of a full visual communications solution. Messaging needed to be unified across all platforms to display the correct and current information of daily promotions, events and more.

THE SOLUTION
EyeLook Media provided unified message approach by starting with the Outdoor LED Signage and indoor Digital Signage. New content pieces are made monthly to promote items, promotions & events to draw in new customers. 

Next we began managing the Social Media Management with weekly posts to Facebook and Instagram. These posts keep customers informed of whats going on, encouraging them to interact and keeping Alibi Roadhouse top of mind. 

The last step was to create a new website that allows better ease of updates, a more modern look and easier navigation. An online menu is available for ordering of takeout. 
THE RESULTS
Alibi Roadhouse now has one point of contact for all their visual communication updates. Messaging is unified, and updates are hands off.
The LED sign, website and social media have been able to be updated with information regarding Covid-19 with only a moments notice, and updates to hours and new procedures were made across all platforms to keep customers notified. 


Arriscraft
THE CHALLENGE
Provide a touchscreen solution to help potential clients view and learn about the many product offerings of building stones, limestone and brick.  
Free up staff time and increase customer knowledge of products and processes.
THE SOLUTION
Customers and potential customers can view the product catalogue from the touchscreen, narrow down their choices, and email their favourites to themselves. Staff time is freed up from answering repetitive questions and potential customers are empowered to find their own information at their leisure.

THE RESULTS
A great sales tool to familiarize the customer with your brand and product offerings! As these products can be bulky and heavy, the touchscreen kiosk allows an easy way to showcase all products and their details, without taking up valuable real estate. Details are provided with each product that are then emailed to the potential customer to review at home, keeping Arriscraft top of mind. 
The Park Hotel

THE CHALLENGE
Provide an effective touchscreen solution for this newly-renovated downtown hotel that caters to many travellers that are new to the city. As a result, front desk staff spent a large amount of time each day answering repetitive questions about the facility & the city. The goal was to improve the customer experience and free up staff time by providing a streamlined, easy to use digital source of up-to-date information.
THE SOLUTION
EyeLook Media installed an interactive kiosk within the front entrance of the hotel lobby. We developed a user-friendly, interactive digital solution that allows visitors to have their questions answered quickly, 24/7, even when staff members are busy. The system compliments the hotel’s new look and branding, and is able to showcase information such as date/time, flight schedules, pet policy, amenities and preferred shops and restaurants that are staff favourites.

Most importantly, the system’s CMS makes updating meeting room information and other content easy for any employee through a web-based portal that allows for quick & easy updates to be made.
THE RESULTS
Station Park guests are now able to have all of their questions answered easily and efficiently through the interactive digital signage. The staff have noticed a decline in repetitive questions that were asked of them by multiple guests each day, allowing them to focus on offering a better experience to hotel guests.

With on-going Analytics, EyeLook Media is able to capture user preferences and activities to allow for changes to top-displayed screen content and features. This has improved customer experience, and freed up staff time at the front desk.
