  • I have multiple locations... can I have the same content on them?

    Yes, absolutely! The program we use to schedule and update the content on your screens playlist can be connected to as many screens as you would like. We also have the ability to have entirely different content on your other screens, instead of the same content. 

  • What if I want to add another screen in my current location?

    Yes we can help with this. We can advise you on the screen to purchase and guide you through the install, then we will mail you a new media player to connect to the screen to start showing the content.

  • What if the screen stops working, do I have to contact you? Do you come on-site to fix it?

    We proactively monitor all screens remotely so we can see any issues as soon as it happens. If you notice something before us, simply give us a call or email and we'll get it fixed right away. 99% of issues can be resolved remotely and all remote tech support is included in your service for free. On-site technical support is billed hourly.

  • How do I send you something I want on the screen?

    Simply give us a call or email and provide us with the relevant details for the new content piece. Pictures, PDF's or videos can be sent to us through email, or we will create something that fits your brand.

  • What if I can't think of anything to update on the screen?

    We always provide ideas on topics that can be added to your screen when we reach out to check in! Alternatively, we can update the design of previous content so that it always looks fresh and new.

  • What If I want more content than your packages offer?

    We offer custom plans to fit any content need. Simply let us know what you are thinking and we will customize your plan to work for you.

  • Can I customize a template that shows my brand on the TV?

    Absolutely, we always design everything you will see on the screen to your business's brand so it is custom to you.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Can you take pictures for my page?

    Yes, this is an additional service that we offer. Pricing varies based on your location and needs, please contact us for further details.

  • Can you monitor my page for messages?

    Yes, this is a service that we offer. We will check your Facebook and Instagram for new reviews, comments on posts, and messages. We will respond to reviews with previously agreed-upon statements. We do not respond to regular comments but will hide any concerning comments and inform you as needed. We do not respond to messages but we will notify you when there is one that requires your attention so that you don't have to see spam or irrelevant messages.

  • Do you just do graphics/word posts or can you do videos too?

    Yes we can create motion graphic content, but we do not film live footage. Motion graphic content is created by animating text, images and graphics and turning them into a video. Visit our YouTube Channel to see examples of our Motion Graphics work for Digital Signage.

  • I have forgotten my passwords and can't log in... can you help with that?

    Yes! Each situation is unique and we will help guide you through the process. It is important to know that we will require your assistance through this process.


    Facebook & InstagramTips:


    • Access to Facebook is through Facebook personal profiles, not a single password to the business page. Access to Instagram is through a password on your business account. If you forget your password to either account, try using the 'Forget Password' option to reset it first and check any email associated with the accounts. 
    • It is always recommended to only give people you trust full Admin access on Facebook, and to have at least 2 Admins on the page so that if one gets locked out, the other can get you back in.
    • As a last resort, if you don't know anyone on your Facebook page, there is still a way to get back in! We will coordinate this on your behalf with Facebook Support (yes they do exist!) and follow their process of 'Disputing an Admin'. This is where you provide proof of ownership of the business, and we pass the information on to Facebook and they will add us and you back to your page if it is approved.


WEBSITES & ONLINE STORES

  • How often can I change pictures and prices on my website?

    Prices and products can be updated anytime. Photos and other content can be updated once a month. Simply email or call with the update and we'll take care of it.

  • I don't know how to add my social media accounts to my site...can you help with that?

    If your website is with us, simply send us the URL links to your profiles and we will take care of it!

  • I know my site is outdated but I'm not creative... can I put all of that in your hands?

    Yes! We are experts at redesigning existing websites with a fresh, modern look. Simply tell us about your brand, what you like or dislike about your current site, what you need added, and we'll take it from there.

  • I am not very tech-savvy. Do I have to do anything with the website once it goes live?

    We can take care of everything from creating the initial website and getting it live, to on-going maintenance. You provide us with the updates you need, and we will make sure they are completed. Our website management is nearly hands-off for you.

  • Can I do my own updates to my online store?

    We will provide a custom web application that grants you access to your online store content. You can view and enable or disable products and categories, in addition to controlling store functions such as turning the store off and on, or restricting delivery or pick-up dates. For large updates, adding/updating/removing products or categories or if you would like to discuss additional customizations for your web application, we do request that you contact us. However, full access to the store can be provided if necessary.

  • I've read about SEO stuff but I don't really know how it works on my site... do you do that?

    Yes this is included in our website packages. SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. We ensure that relevant keywords and correct terminology for your business are used throughout the front and back-end of your website. This allows search engines to see your website more effectively, and have your website rank higher in search results. We recommend multi-page websites, to increase the volume of relevant search results, giving your website the best chance at staying at the top of the search rankings.
